Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company is seeking an ambitious Territory Consultant to join the Annuity team in a hybrid role that combines in-office and remote work. You’ll undergo a 3-month paid training program, obtain licensing, and start introducing Nationwide products to financial professionals.

You’ll build relationships, analyze client needs, and partner with experienced wholesalers to drive territory growth. A finance/business background plus strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of insurance products and the sales process preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and coaching abilities.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work with high professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective financial professionals by introducing Nationwide Annuities to qualified leads.
• Collaborate with financial professionals to understand their needs and advise on Nationwide solutions.
• Identify distribution opportunities and coordinate with wholesalers to manage territory pipelines.
• Provide analysis and support materials such as annuity comparisons and Morningstar reports.
• Meet scorecard targets including activity, product knowledge and teamwork.
• Support coverage in absence of a Hybrid Wholesaler and participate in training.
