Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Consultant, Business Consulting to partner with senior leaders and transform business processes and systems. This individual contributor role focuses on impact assessment, change readiness, and delivering pragmatic transformation plans in collaboration with Annuity teams.

You will lead analyses, develop business cases, manage risks, and support planning across planning, design, and implementation of initiatives with a focus on performance improvement and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Strong business readiness and organizational change experience, including impact assessment and implementation support.
• Proven ability to lead through influence.
• Strength in business process analysis, problem solving and identifying risks and dependencies.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partners with senior leaders to transform their businesses through the strategic application of people, processes and technology.
• Demonstrates expertise in leading business process analysis/design, organizational analysis, needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis.
• Serves as process management contributor and consultant between business customers and systems area for development and implementation of business processes and procedures.
• Identifies critical elements of a business process that need to be managed.
• As a team member, participates in analysis and design of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, governance, staffing and sourcing to support business goals.
• Conducts and leads training of customers on business, technological, societal and environmental trends to support strategies for improving business performance.
