Job summary

CytomX Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator / HR Operations Support in Emeryville, CA. The role combines recruiting coordination, candidate logistics, and HR administrative tasks, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence about three days per week.

The position is temporary for six months, non-exempt, up to 30 hours per week. Reports to the Executive Director, Human Resources and supports a busy HR function with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

Qualifications

• BS with three years’ HR, administrative or customer support experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Experience with recruiting software required

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers, interview teams and executives
• Coordinate onsite and virtual interview logistics
• Serve as the main contact for interview timing, logistics and process questions
• Coordinate with onsite admin for executive schedules as needed
• Ensure interview schedules are timely, accurate, and clearly communicated
• Track interview progress and feedback and report status to the team
• Oversee HR admin tasks including purchase orders and vendor documentation
