Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions across the United States.

This full-time temporary role is based in Paramus, New Jersey, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). You will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and an HR Intern to manage recruiting across merchandising, design, marketing, sales, finance, information technology, human resources, legal, and other business areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Experience in retail, fashion, luxury or consumer products.
• Full-cycle recruitment for professional corporate roles.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and offer management knowledge.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HRIS/ATS; Workday preferred.
• Experience mentoring recruiters or interns.
• Strong compensation market knowledge across the US.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions across the United States.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define candidate profiles and strategies.
• Recruit for merchandising, design, marketing, sales, finance, IT, HR, legal and other areas.
• Develop candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Proactively outreach to passive candidates in retail, fashion and luxury sectors.
• Review resumes, conduct screens, and present qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and managers.
• Provide guidance on availability, market conditions, compensation, and timelines.
• Prepare interview materials, summaries, and offer recommendations.
• Support offer development, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
• Maintain data in Workday ATS and report recruiting metrics.
• Mentor recruiting coordinators and interns.
• Participate in process-improvement initiatives.
