Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and sales at teller window or service desk.
• Educate customers on solutions that meet their needs, including new accounts, services, and digital options.
• Make complete recommendations to ensure Financial Well-Being of the customer.
• Engage customers by following up through onboarding or campaigns.
• Maintain accounts by changing addresses and names; order checks and close accounts as needed.
• Assist customers by answering financial questions, exposing fraud, explaining bank services and service charges.
• Open/Close Night Drop with dual control processes for various Night-Drop and mail.
• Other Duties as Assigned.
