• Engage customers by following up during onboarding or campaigns.
• Maintain accounts by updating addresses, names, and ordering checks.
• Answer financial questions, detect potential fraud, explain services and charges.
• Open/Close Night Drop with dual controls and manage related processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
