Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior customer service experience, cash handling, and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to learn banking software and operate MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact with customers in person and by phone.
• Process teller transactions and maintain balancing accuracy.
• Support daily branch operations and handle account maintenance requests.
• Prepare CTRs and maintain knowledge of BSA/SAR requirements.
• Identify suspicious activity and follow procedures to manage risk.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking services.
• Research accounts and resolve customer inquiries and disputes.
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts and related products.
• Complete new account documentation accurately and in compliance with policies.
