Job summary

Central Bank of the Midwest is seeking a part-time teller to join our retail banking team. This position involves processing a variety of financial transactions in the lobby, drive-thru, and ATM, while presenting a professional image and delivering tailored financial solutions to clients.

The role includes Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:30-5:15 and Saturdays 8:30-12:15, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed and opportunities for growth within the bank.

Qualifications

• Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner.
• Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable.
• Actively listen to our customers and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Recognize customer needs and cross-sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer.
• Make referrals to other lines of business for traditional and non-traditional products and services.
