Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years retail banking experience in Teller/Customer Service.
• General understanding of banking operations (Risk, Compliance, Fraud, Loss).
• Experience in fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to know banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain features of banking products, accounts and services to clients.
• Identify opportunities to acquire new banking relationships and referrals.
• Build and deepen relationships to reach team sales goals and referrals.
• Handle Teller operations and verify transactions per policy.
• Assist with vault/ATM responsibilities and maintain a neat customer area.
• Explain disclosures and FDIC protections to customers at account opening.
• Maintain accurate new account records and follow up as needed.
• Follow regulatory, compliance, security, and audit procedures.
• Protect the bank by complying with CIP and BSA requirements.
• Train and mentor new Tellers and Customer Service Representatives.
• Attend workshops to build knowledge and skills.
