• Experience developing customer-facing and developer-facing documentation.
• Experience with documentation workflows and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Implementation, and Customer Enablement to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Create and maintain user guides, implementation guides, developer documentation, API documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.
• Recommend and implement documentation best practices, standards, templates, and workflows.
• Manage documentation deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
