• Two years’ experience in technical writing.
• Understanding of structuring information and documentation processes.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of topic-based and task-oriented documentation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Implementation, Customer Enablement, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Create and maintain user guides, implementation guides, developer documentation, API documentation, release notes, knowledge base articles, and online help content.
• Recommend and implement documentation best practices, standards, templates, and workflows.
• Manage documentation deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
