• Experience writing for multiple concurrent audiences and strong technical business writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop training job aids, system process guides and business unit documentation with SMEs.
• Update training materials and content manuals based on legislative or system changes.
• Collaborate with training staff and leadership to ensure current, accurate content.
• Work with system developers to understand, create and test agency processes for stakeholders.
