Additional tasks include developing tables, charts, short clips and other visual enhancements techniques in job aids to distill complex benefit information into easily understandable items.
The individual will utilize SharePoint to manage the lifecycle of their products to include PDFs and be agile working within a variety of project management applications.
Highschool diploma or equivalent and at least six (6) months experience in technical writing, journalism or communications work or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications or a related field preferred.
