IBM in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a Technical Support Professional for an intern conversion program. You will resolve client issues by analyzing and debugging IT environments and collaborating with Development, Services, and Field teams to deliver effective solutions.

You will create knowledge assets, communicate with clients, and drive improvements to enhance product quality and client satisfaction throughout the IBM infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues to determine action or solutions.
• Familiarity with client IT environments, including hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Experience using collaboration tools to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience creating and reusing knowledge assets to help clients become self-sufficient.
• Experience using client feedback data to drive product quality and usability improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze diagnostic information, troubleshoot, recreate, and debug client IT environment issues to determine solutions.
