Job summary

GadellNet Consulting Services is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to deliver outstanding customer service and technical expertise via our help desk. Work in a hybrid model (remote with in-office days) and support clients across multiple markets while maintaining MTZ-style efficiency and strong ticket discipline.

You will handle tickets via chat, phone, and email, collaborate with your PODS team, and pursue relevant certifications to grow professionally. U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a help desk or service desk engineer; MSP experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows 10+ and Microsoft 365 Admin Center suites.
• Familiar with AD, Windows Server, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong communication and ticket-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service via phone, chat, and email.
• Manage and update tickets daily; strive for timely resolutions.
• Maintain ConnectWise Calendar and document time entries.
• Attend team huddles and participate in on-call rotation.
• Meet quarterly KPIs for ticket metrics and CSAT.
