Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Technical Service Engineer (Application Engineering) to provide customer-facing technical support and develop application solutions for engineering plastics across industries. You will work closely with customers through the product development lifecycle, identifying requirements and delivering practical material, processing and performance recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in relevant areas.
• Strong understanding of engineering thermoplastics and injection molding fundamentals.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers through the product development lifecycle from requirements to launch.
• Develop technical solutions for material selection, processing and part performance.
• Support molding trials, evaluations and qualification activities.
• Perform root-cause analysis and translate findings into practical recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams across regions to support projects.
• Prepare technical reports and customer presentations.
