Job summary

Architectural Systems Inc is seeking a Lead Complex Building Envelope Projects professional to own high-value metal panel projects from lead qualification through handover in Southern California.

You will partner with architects and general contractors, drive the sales pipeline using a modern CRM and AI-augmented workflow, and travel up to 20% for project walks and client consultations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in commercial construction sales or related field.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specs.
• Experience with vendor RFQ processes.
• Strong knowledge of building envelope systems.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own bidding process from qualification to proposal.
• Manage project pipeline through PO/LOI.
• Provide value engineering for architects and GC.
• Build relationships with facade consultants and glazers.
• Ensure smooth handover to operations.
