Job summary

Architectural Systems Inc (ASI) is seeking a high‑performing sales professional to lead the metal panel division, mastering architectural specifications and technical sales on site in Bonsall, CA. You will own deals, qualify bidders, manage RFQs, draft quotes, and push opportunities from Hot List to PO/LOI while keeping HubSpot and Pipedrive up to date and data clean.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in commercial construction or building products sales.
• Foundational knowledge of building envelope systems and drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with organized workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned deals and qualify contractors/subcontractors.
• Enforce the 3-Day/3-Bidder Rule to secure three bidders.
• Manage RFQ processes and vendor relations; draft quotes.
• Advance deals from Hot List to PO/LOI with proper handover.
• Maintain project communications in HubSpot and Pipedrive.
• Support estimators with documentation and client notes.
