Allen Architectural Metals is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee architectural metal projects from inception to closeout, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, manage schedules and resources, and drive continuous improvement across projects. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience managing architectural metal projects or construction projects.
• Experience coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Strong leadership, communication and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute architectural metal projects, aligning with client goals and specs.
• Lead project teams including field staff and subcontractors.
• Allocate labor, materials and equipment to meet timelines and budgets.
• Serve as primary client contact, communicating progress and changes.
• Coordinate with engineering, safety and procurement for requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress and risks.
• Lead safety oversight and ensure compliance with codes.
