Job summary

Infinitive is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and hire data and AI talent for client engagements in a fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple searches, evaluate candidates with hands-on Databricks exposure, and maintain clear communication with hiring managers.

The role requires organizing multiple searches, adjusting plans as client demand shifts, and building a bench of data and AI professionals for future opportunities. The work is hybrid with on-site needs in Ashburn, VA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience placing data roles.
• Sourcing Data Engineers, Data Architects, and AI Engineers, incl. Databricks.
• Able to discuss Spark, lakehouse, cloud data platforms and ML tooling.
• Capable of managing multiple searches with clear timelines.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches with distinct personas.
• Hold intake meetings to clarify must-have skills, seniority, and compensation.
• Source passive/active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, job boards, and referrals.
• Screen candidates for technical fit across Databricks, cloud platforms, Python/SQL.
• Re-rank searches as priorities change and communicate impact to managers.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer and closure.
• Keep ATS updated so statuses are visible to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a bench of data and AI candidates for future roles.
