Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and develop relationships with talent using recruiting tools and methods.
• Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with a summary of qualifications.
• Partner with leadership to execute full lifecycle recruitment.
• Meet or exceed KPI expectations.
