Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology-focused projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Technical Project Manager.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business partners.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
• Support scope management, budget tracking, and project governance activities.
