EquiTrust Life Insurance Company seeks a Product Owner to modernize processes and systems supporting Policy Administration teams. You’ll translate business needs into priorities and collaborate with Product Manager, IT and customer experience to deliver value.

You will own the backlog, define clear requirements, acceptance criteria and measures of success while coordinating with delivery teams and stakeholders.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Product Management or Agile certification such as CSPO, Pragmatic, SAFe.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Manager to align work with priorities and roadmap.
• Use feedback, data and reviews to identify improvements and define success metrics.
• Evaluate solutions based on value, feasibility, effort and risk.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Provide business direction during delivery and communicate progress, dependencies, risks and decisions.
• Validate work against business needs and support testing, implementation and adoption.
• Monitor results and refine future priorities.
• Build cross-department relationships and foster an inclusive work environment.
