Job summary
Paycom - ATS is seeking a Hybrid Technical Product Manager to coordinate product development across front-end, mid-cycle, and backend systems, while leading customer demos and discovery sessions. Qualifications
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles.
- Experience supporting software development and cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Experience with Agile software development environments.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe or related certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to manage priorities, roadmap execution, and delivery timelines.
- Serve as liaison between Operations and clients for product needs.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Sales to support deal lifecycle.
- Lead and support product demos and discovery sessions.
- Translate client needs into product requirements.
- Coordinate across front-end, mid-cycle, and backend to ensure messaging and solution fit.
- Create polished customer-facing artifacts leveraging AI tools.
- Act as a trusted stakeholder-facing representative across internal and external audiences.
