Job summary

Personalis, Inc is seeking a driven project coordinator to support diagnostic product and process development projects. Hybrid work: 3 days in office, 2 days remote, in Fremont, CA.

You will follow PDP, document meetings in Confluence, update timelines in Smartsheet and Excel, and help manage risks and project charters through all phases. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in STEM, 1–3 years coordinating technical projects in diagnostics or biotech, and proficiency with Smartsheet,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM or life sciences field.
• 1–3 years coordinating and managing technical projects in diagnostics, biotech or pharma.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Confluence, Tableau, Lucid, Jira, Excel/PowerPoint/Word, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
• Familiarity with CLIA, CAP, FDA Design Control and ISO 13485 IVD QMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute diagnostic product and process development projects.
• Document meetings, capture actions and decisions in Confluence.
• Update project timelines in Smartsheet/Excel/Sheets and monitor risks.
