Job summary

Personalis is seeking a Project Coordinator to support diagnostic product and process development projects in a hybrid in-office setting in Fremont, CA. The role collaborates with a project lead to manage the PDP life cycle from initiation to close, including meetings, timelines, risk tracking and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a STEM degree and 1–3 years coordinating technical projects in biotech or pharma, with experience in Smartsheet, Confluence, Tableau and Jira, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM or life sciences field.
• 1 to 3 yrs experience coordinating and managing technical projects in diagnostics, biotech or pharma focusing on product and process development.
• Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet, Confluence, Tableau, Lucid, Jira and Microsoft Office / Google suite.
• Experience working under CLIA, CAP, FDA Design Control and ISO 13485 IVD QMS is a plus.
• Good communication (verbal and written), organizing and documenting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to the Project Lead to plan and execute diagnostic product and process development projects at Personalis.
• Follow PDP and related procedures to document, plan and execute projects through all phases from initiation to close.
• Schedule and participate in cross-functional meetings; document minutes and follow-up items.
• Follow up and document status of action items until resolved.
• Develop and update project timelines in Smartsheet, Excel, Google Sheets and other tools.
• Monitor and escalate risks to timelines and deliverables; update Project Charter and Project Plans.
• Coordinate review and updates of project documents and approvals in the Doc Control system.
• Update dashboards and resource trackers; assist with compliance and Quality/Regulatory reviews.
