Job summary

You will lead agile teams delivering applications that support patrons’ access to digital cards, educational services, and single sign-on. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project management with software teams, PMP/CSM certification, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management with software/web teams.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams through full product lifecycle.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development from inception to delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and status updates for partners and leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies and coordinate with vendors or agencies.
