Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related role.
• Experience managing projects from initiation through delivery.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven experience coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Technical aptitude with an understanding of software development concepts.
• Ability to communicate with authority across technical and business audiences.
• Experience in Agile environments with two-week sprints; Monday.com.
• CX or customer communications experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to design, update, and implement new program features.
• Support outage communications, risks, issues, and reporting using Agile and traditional methods.
• Interact with stakeholders to analyze and document system requirements.
• Lead end-to-end project development with cross-functional teams.
• Review technical requirements with implementation contractors for gaps.
• Maintain Outage Communications SharePoint site and documentation library.
• Identify and monitor KPIs to validate project success and goals.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Tests and serve as a tester per scripts.
• Produce formal presentations and documentation for audiences.
