Job summary

The ACLU seeks a Technical Project Manager for its Information Technology Department, based in New York, SF, or Washington, DC, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring two in-office days per week or eight days per month. Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of systems, applications, and processes across National and Affiliate offices.
• Develop project plans, dependencies, and timelines using PMI, Agile/Scrum, ITIL frameworks.
• Coordinate with engineers, analysts, and staff to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Manage risk assessments, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Create project templates and reporting for executive dashboards.
• Collaborate on change management strategies and user training.
