Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer for our New York, NY area. The role supports corporate, commercial workplace interiors, and retail banking interiors with emphasis on accurate documentation and coordination.

The candidate will conduct site surveys, prepare construction drawings, and ensure code compliance while coordinating with clients, landlords, and consultants. Hybrid work arrangement in NYC is available with a comprehensive benefits plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required; MA preferred.
• Strong project understanding for corporate/commercial interiors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Site survey and documentation.
• General site code review (egress, fixture counts, path of travel).
• Prepare budget scope drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate technical design with the team.
• Produce full construction documentation with detailing and specs.
• Coordinate with client, landlord, and consultants.
• Redline and issue construction documents.
• Respond to bidder questions and RFIs.
• Attend weekly project meetings and manage revisions.
• Site inspections and layout approvals.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
• Support project close-out documentation.
