Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer for our New York area team. The role supports corporate, commercial workplace interiors and retail banking interiors with hybrid work options.

You will conduct site surveys, produce construction documents, and coordinate with clients, landlords, and consultants. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, plus NYC/IBC knowledge, is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; MA a plus.
• 5–8 years of continuous professional experience in corporate/commercial interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of NYC/IBC building codes and zoning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Site surveys and documentation for interiors projects.
• Prepare budget scope drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with design team and consultants.
• Produce full construction documentation with detailing.
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and manage punch lists.
• Support project close-out documentation.
