Your Talent Team is seeking an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer in New York City or Maitland, FL, with a hybrid work setup. The role covers site surveys, construction documentation, and coordination with clients, landlords, and consultants.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 5–8 years in corporate interiors, and expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of NYC/IBC codes and zoning, plus strong communication and multitasking, are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA preferred.
• 5–8 years of continuous technical experience in Corporate/Commercial Interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Site survey and documentation.
• General site code review (egress, fixture counts, path of travel).
• Assist with preparation of budget scope drawings and specifications.
• Technical coordination with the design team.
• Full construction documentation including detailing and specifications.
• Coordination with client, landlord, and consultants.
• Redline review of construction documents.
• Respond to questions from bidders.
• Attend weekly project meetings and respond to RFIs.
• Site inspections and layout approvals.
• Coordinate revisions, bulletins and addenda.
• Review shop drawings and submittals.
