Management Performance Associates in New York, NY seeks an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer to join our team in a hybrid NYC office (with potential Maitland, FL location). You will develop construction documents, coordinate with clients and consultants, and lead site surveys and budgets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, 5–8 years in corporate/commercial interiors, and expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Strong communication is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA a plus.
• 5-8 years of continuous professional technical experience in Corporate / Commercial Workplace / Retail banking Interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Full understanding of contract documents and standards.
• Strong knowledge of NYC Building Codes and NYC Zoning.

Responsabilidades

• Site survey and documentation of project spaces.
• Technical coordination with the design team and consultants.
• Assist with preparation of budget scope drawings and specifications.
• Full construction documentation including detailing and specifications.
• Coordination with client and landlord; respond to RFIs.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; distribute documentation.
• Assist in project close-out documentation.
