Job summary

Connectly Recruiting seeks an Intermediate Technical Architectural Designer for the New York, NY area or Maitland, FL. You will handle site surveys, documentation, and construction drawings while coordinating with clients and the design team.

Required are a Architecture degree (BA/MA), 5–8 years in corporate interiors, and expert Revit/AutoCAD skills, plus NYC/IBC knowledge and strong communication. Hybrid, full-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; MA a plus.
• 5–8 years of continuous professional technical experience in Corporate/Commercial Interiors.
• Expert proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of contract documents and NYC/IBC Building Codes and Zoning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Site survey and documentation for projects.
• Coordinate technical details with design team and consultants.
• Prepare budget scope drawings and specifications.
• Produce full construction documentation with detailing and specs.
• Coordinate with client, landlord, and bidders; respond to RFIs and issues.
