Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Technical Account Leader to drive customer engagement and satisfaction for turbomachinery products across North America. You will supervise an international team of engineers and coordinate with partners to deliver technically sound services while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 additional years of turbomachinery engineering experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support North America-based customers' installed base of gas turbines and compressors, including issue resolution and fleet management.
• Lead outage management: plan, prepare, and execute fast issue resolution during outages.
• Lead technical investigations/RCA communications with global experts to optimize reliability and availability.
• Present project plans, roadmaps, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders in technical spaces.
