Baker Hughes is seeking an experienced Power Systems & Industrial Power Generation Operations Leader to oversee turbomachinery installation, commissioning, and warranty activities across North America. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure safety, quality, and profitability, and mentor installation technicians while coordinating with customers.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 7+ years of project management experience in related sectors, with readiness to travel
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally in large EPC/OEM/end-user settings.
- Fluent in English with strong executive-level presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership abilities.
- Experience managing project financials: revenues, margins, cash.
- Knowledge of contracts, risks, claims and remedies.
Responsabilités
- Plan, coordinate, and execute installation, commissioning, and warranty management of turbomachinery equipment at customer sites across North America.
- Lead installation technicians and engineers, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical input during installation and troubleshoot issues to ensure delivery.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate status to management.
