Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for business support via voice and chat channels.
• Provide general assistance and Level 1 troubleshooting for customer-facing teams using lending and servicing platforms.
• Perform Level 1 troubleshooting for login issues, permissions, configuration questions, and connectivity problems.
• Use the ticketing system to document reported issues, gather details (steps, screenshots, logs), and document findings clearly.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequent strategy-driven changes.
