OneMain Financial in Indianapolis is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to help customers access friendly, fast financing for life's expenses. You will listen to needs, present tailored loan solutions, and support customers through the full loan process.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations and achieve branch goals through empathy and encouragement.
• Develop connections with customers throughout the loan process and lifecycle, presenting tailored solutions.
• Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat and our in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
