Job summary

TEKsystems in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Technical Support Call Center Rep to resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat. The role starts with 100% on-site training for 30 days, then 1 day work-from-home and 4 days in-office, with potential conversion to permanent employment.

You will build SME knowledge, handle Salesforce cases, and meet performance targets. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a 1-month paid training, with a schedule of M-F 8-5.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with phone, email and chat support.
• Proven case management experience.
• Salesforce case handling experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain subject matter expertise of processes and solutions related to this role
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or resolution
• Salesforce Cases
• Meet personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics
• Send process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support Manager
• The work is broken down 80% calls & 20% email and chat
