Job summary

TEKsystems in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a HelpDesk Call Center Rep on a contract-to-hire basis. The role is hybrid, with 1 day remote after training and 100% on-site during the first 30 days; M-F, 8-5. Pay is $25/hour, with weekly pay and a strong path to conversion after 6 months.

You will handle calls, emails and chats, build SME knowledge, and resolve issues via Salesforce cases while meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone.
• Customer support, Email, Chat.
• Tech/IT support experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain subject matter expertise of processes and solutions related to this role.
• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat by determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution and expediting correction or resolution.
• Salesforce Cases
• Meet personal/team performance targets around phone and case metrics.
• Send process or performance improvement suggestions to your Support Manager.
• The work is broken down 80% calls & 20% email and chat.
