Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving work to completion.
• Ability to gather requirements and document business processes clearly.
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, or similar docs.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications; familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of technology and business initiatives across NA.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into actionable solutions.
• Gather and maintain requirements, process maps, and project documentation.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, risks, issues, and communications.
• Assist with technology evaluations, pilots, and implementations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support testing, readiness, and post-implementation activities.
• Maintain portfolio docs, status reports, and governance materials.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive adoption.
