Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a highly organized Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, learning complex systems, and coordinating multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with business and technology teams to translate outcomes into requirements, drive analysis, and support a range of solution approaches, including custom development and package implementations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in computer science, MIS, or related field preferred.
• Six+ years of relevant experience in software delivery or technology.
• Experience delivering tech/business solutions across industries, including insurance/financial services.
• Demonstrated capability in managing the requirements lifecycle: facilitation, elicitation, documenting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads/partners with stakeholders and tech teams to understand needs and align requirements to architecture.
• Manages complex requirements and drives alignment through facilitation and collaboration.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices across the delivery lifecycle.
• Develops and maintains detailed requirements work products and documentation; ensures traceability.
• Supports or leads the complete requirements lifecycle from idea to implementation.
• Provides analysis of processes, systems, data, and performance to drive outcomes.
