Job summary

New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking a Technology Solutions Specialist in Boston to help deliver and optimize technology initiatives across North America. You will coordinate stakeholders, document requirements, and support evaluations and implementations.

You will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and cross‑functional teams, leveraging Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet, Planner and MS Project to drive process improvements and value realization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving work to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, document business processes, and create clear project documentation.
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, SOPs, or similar operational documentation.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with technology platforms, business systems, and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and AI capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Visio, Planner, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project is preferred.
• Experience in retail, wholesale, consumer products, or eCommerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute technology and business initiatives across the North America region.
• Translate business needs into actionable solutions with stakeholders and tech teams.
• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, maps, workflows, and project records.
• Coordinate activities, timelines, risks, issues, and communications for successful delivery.
• Support technology evaluations, pilots, and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased technology utilization.
• Assist with testing, readiness, and post‑implementation activities including hypercare.
• Maintain portfolio documentation and governance materials.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross‑functional teams to drive adoption.
