Job summary

Deltek, Inc. in Tampa, FL is offering a Summer 2027 Sales Development Internship for students aiming to start a career in technology sales. Interns will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience while supporting the sales organization.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, participate in seminars and demonstrations, and assist SDRs with projects, gaining exposure to Salesforce, LinkedIn, SalesLoft, and other tools in a Fortune 500 setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing a career in Sales.
• Able to work approximately 40 hours per week for 8 weeks.
• Hybrid in-office/remote work local to Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads and schedule appointments with the Sales team.
• Drive participation in Deltek seminars and online product demonstrations.
• Assist SDRs and Sales Management with sales-related projects.
• Complete and present a summer project to Sales Management at summer end.
• Perform sales operations and administrative duties as needed.
• Participate in trainings on sales skills, product and industry information; gain hands-on experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, SalesLoft and other tools.
