You will support IT, Cybersecurity, and government-contract staffing using LinkedIn Recruiter and various ATS platforms, while partnering with hiring managers. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, applicant tracking, and candidate coordination throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of recruiting experience, IT/Cybersecurity or technical focus preferred.
• Experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Familiarity with major ATS tools (Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
• Foundational IT/Cybersecurity knowledge and ability to assess technical resumes.
• Strong organization, communication, and multi-requisition management.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for IT, Cybersecurity, and federal government contracts.
• Source and screen candidates; build candidate pipelines and engage qualified candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and security for clearance requirements.
• Prepare candidate profiles and resumes for presentation.
• Maintain recruiting records in ATS and HRIS systems; participate in career fairs.
