Hybrid *hybrid with physical attendance onsite 3 days per week (choice of days among Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in either McLean or Richmond will be required for this role* in McLean, VA

Our client seeks a Director+ level tech sourcing recruiter to shift from transactional screening to proactive talent intelligence. You will map competitive landscapes, build pipelines for hard-to-fill tech roles, and engage passive candidates across multiple job families, with progression toward full lifecycle recruiting over time.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $45.00 to $55.00/hr. w2

• Experience supporting multiple core tech profiles and shifting capacity across lines of business.
• Baseline assessment capability up to Director+ level.
• Background from large-scale tech environments preferred.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience. Full lifecycle background acceptable if committed to sourcing focus.
• Proven talent mapping and expansive sourcing for niche skill sets.
• Business acumen to evolve toward full lifecycle recruiting is preferred.
