Qualifications

• In-house recruiting experience is preferred.
• Ability to partner with GTM leaders and hiring managers.

• Source and prescreen candidates across channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth, fast-hiring process.
• Identify closing strategies for offers and communicate clearly with candidates.
