Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Full-Desk Recruiter/Account Manager to support a strategic customer account.

This client-facing and candidate-facing role focuses on sourcing and presenting top technology talent while building trusted relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. You will engage onsite with client teams and candidates, develop pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, and collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience in technology staffing or related fields.
• Familiarity with Central Florida tech talent market is a plus.
• Proven success in recruiting and client relationship management.
• Experience sourcing across Digital, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, ERP, CRM, and SaaS.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, candidates, and consultants.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring priorities and market trends.
• Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and networking.
• Support account growth by identifying hiring needs within client relationships.
• Collaborate with recruiting, delivery, and practice teams to deliver talent solutions.
• Maintain ATS/CRM records and recruiting metrics.
• Deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
