Job summary

The role requires hands-on, proactive recruiting across sourcing channels, strong communication and organization, and the ability to build candidate pipelines while maintaining accurate records in the ATS. On-site with limited hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and desired profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, assess qualifications and fit.
• Present qualified candidates with clear summaries to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Provide updates to candidates and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Track pipelines, interviews, offers, and progress of openings.
• Follow up with managers for feedback to keep processes moving.
• Assist with posting development, offer coordination, and reference checks.
