Job summary

ACLU seeks a Deputy Director, Support Transition in the Development Department at the National office in New York, NY. This hybrid role requires in-office presence two days per week or eight days per month.

The role leads a major technology and operational transformation to establish a future-state support model across user support, knowledge management, training, BI, reporting and analytics. Reporting to the Director of Development Data & Systems, you will guide SKT and BIA teams through

Qualifications

• Experience managing a BBCRM support team in a federated nonprofit organization of similar complexity to the ACLU.
• Demonstrated experience leading organizational change and enterprise system implementations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and facilitation skills to interpret department needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive discovery of cross-functional support teams to assess current-state operations and future needs.
• Update the service level agreements and align with migration plans and roadmaps.
• Lead the transition by defining team scopes, roles and required skills for new operating models.
